Metodo Classico OP ONAV tasting
@ the Enoteca Regionale della Lombardia
ONAV Pavia organizes a guided tasting for investigating the differences of the Metodo Classico sparkling wines produced in the three major areas of the Oltrepò Pavese region: the area around Casteggio, the Scuropasso Valley and the Versa Valley. The event will be hosted by the Enoteca Regionale della Lombardia in Broni (PV) and will be presented by winemaker Mario Maffi, one of the best experts on the Oltrepò Pavese history and wines.
The tasting will feature 6 wines:
- Travaglino Gran Cuvée Brut Vintage 2009 (Casteggio)
- Rebollini Brut Nature Vintage 2010 (Casteggio)
- Anteo Nature Écru Vintage 2009 (Scuropasso Valley)
- Conte Vistarino 1865 Brut Vintage (Scuropasso Valley)
- F.lli Giorgi 1870 Brut Vintage (Versa Valley)
- Cantina Storica il Montù Il Vintage 2008 (Versa Valley)
Chocolate pralines paired to a glass of Buttafuoco Chinato will be served at the end of the tasting.
Price of the tasting is euro 25 for ONAV members and euro 35 for non members.
The event is open to the public (minimum number of participants: 20 people; maximum number: 50 people).

A selection of our wines will be available at the Milano Wine District from December 4th 2015 to January 6th 2016. The Milano Wine District will be hosted at the Darsena Christmas Village in the area of the new Darsena of Milan and will serve as both a wine point and a permanent tasting point.
There will be two kind of wine selections available for sale and tasting: the Silver Selection, which will feature great value for money bottles, and the Gold Selection, which will include a small group of bottles from the most renowned Italian DOCs and DOCGs.
Visitors could buy 3-tastings tickets or single glasses. The wines are also on sale at discounted prices. Opening hours: from 4.30pm to 11.30pm.

Podere Ficareto meets Anteo sparkling wines
Our Metodo Martinotti and Metodo Classico sparkling wines will meet the traditional cuisine of the Podere Ficareto organic farm restaurant: an ideal marriage between the Rocca de' Giorgi and Merse Valley hills. The places available are limited to 25 and the reservation must be done before November 14th. The all-inclusive price of the tasting dinner is euro 27. Metodo Classico tasting with The Wine Time

The Al Pravello restaurant (viale Aguggiari 26) is hosting a Metodo Classico tasting on Thursday November 18th. The tasting, organized by The Wine Time association, will be led by winemaker and journalist Daniela Guiducci. The event will start at 8.45pm and will feature a tasting of 5 Metodo Classico from northern Italy (Anteo Cruasé Brut and Monsupello Nature Pas Dosé from Oltrepò Pavese; Cascina Pastori Rosé Brut from Alta Langa; Marzaghe Superno Dosaggio Zero from Franciacorta and Marco Tonini Brut Nature from Trentino). International Sparkling Awards: three medals for Anteo
The tasting panel of the Milan International Sparkling Awards (formed by Leonardo Valenti, Andrea Alpi, Francesco Beghi, Andrea Bonini, Giampaolo Gravina, Luca Martini, Maurizio Rossi and Valentina Vercelli) has awarded our Riserva del Poeta Vintage 2007 with the Golden Medal, and our Nature Écru Vintage 2007 and Brut Tradition Vintage 2009 with the Silver Medal. "Six Characters In Search Of An Author": culture, food and wine @ the Casa degli Atellani
Piero Cribellati will be one of the hosts of the September 15th event of the "Six Characters In Search Of An Author" series. These events, organized by Confagricoltura Lombardia and centered around culture, quality wine and food, will be hosted at the famous Casa degli Atellani (corso Magenta 65), which hosts the Leonardo's Vineyard. The September 15th event will feature our Cruasé Rosé Metodo Classico Rosé sparkling wine, a selection of excellent cheeses and the gluten-free bread Bontà di Pane produced by Giuliani. This quality wine and food will be paired with the art of renowned sculptor Luciana Gallo and the fine craftsmanship of the Riva furniture workshop. Guest of honour of the evening will be art critic Vittorio Sgarbi. The entrance is by invitation only.

Anteo will be at the seventh edition of "An overview of the Italian wine world", a tasting event organized by ONAV Como. The tasting will feature more than 100 wines from all Italian regions and will be hosted in the halls of the hotel Regina Olga in Cernobbio (CO). Opening hours: from 5pm to 10pm. Ticket is euro 10.

Our Nature Écru Vintage 2009 has been selected by AIS Milan for its Sparkling Classic Summer wine tasting. The tasting will feature only Metodo Classico sparkling wines from all over Italy. The event will be hosted in the elegant halls of the Westin Palace hotel in Milan. Admittance is free, but is restricted to AIS members or credited guests. Presentation of the 2015 Slow Food guides
Our wines will be featured in the wine-tasting event organized by Slow Food Oltrepò Pavese on the occasion of the presentation of the 2015 edition of the Slow Food guides. The event will take place at the Certosa Cantù in Casteggio (via Circonvallazione Cantù 62) from 10.30am to 5pm. The wines will be paired with dishes cooked by the seven restaurants of the province of Pavia reviewed in the Osterie d'Italia 2015 guide. Admission by donation.
