It ages on the lees for at least 24 months. Elegant and persistent perlage; medium bright and absolutely natural rosé colour, resulting by the pressing of Pinot Noir grapes only; flowery and fruity bouquet with notes of bread crust, dried rose and red fruits. On palate it's sapid, full-bodied and persistent.
Food pairings
Excellent as a pre-meal drink, it goes also well with hors-d’oeuvres, pasta and risotto, seafood (especially with shellfish) and ethnic spicy dishes. It is best served at a 10 °C temperature.
